Now take that money you are saving and apply it where it will teach you more of lifes lessons: spend it on women!
But I haven't got whipped yet...it was only for a Homecoming Dance...

The m505 is a great unit, it has its flaws, but I mean, everything has flaws. I gotta stick with the Visor until college most likely...so...haha, no complaining...only I can do that...__________________

Oh, please. Stop this foolishness. This thread is just unravelling into a lot of negative nonsense.
Visors are classics. Palm, Sony and anything PPC -now or in future, just don't/won't cut it.
No matter the future of Handspring, the Visors are going to be around, somehow, for a long, long time.
I won't "get over it" until there's something to get over.
I'm A Thankful Visor Neo Ebookreader (and what a great thing Big Clock is in the middle of the night - especially for us golden oldies.)

Relax
Guys, relax. JeffDewber and I appologized, hugged, and made up. See, we can work out our differences here.
All's well that ends well-----------------
I think we've resolved the issue, and Jeffdewber has begun to learn a lesson similar to what I learned.
Overall, the person using the device makes the decision on whether their device is "dead" or not. For some people, their PDAs can live long lives, while others ditch their old PDAs for new ones. No matter what, a PDA can never really "die," because it's life is in the person who uses it and in its usefulness for that person. It can only die in the hands of that person, according to his/her view, because its life and usefulness still exists...
yea...

After reading this longwinded exchange, I can only say that those who reacted strongly to Jeffdewber's comments show the same level of maturity as this kid.

I don't know why
We all seem to love this stuff--Look at the length of this thread--
---Look at the TITLE!!!!
What else is there to say--
I posted too--I am far from perfect-
We --(or at least many of us) just can't let these rants go and ignore them

Why would Tungsten W ship with Palm 4.1 and Tungsten T have Palm 5.0?
'Cause the W- is cheap--(cheap hardware -- cheap software-- CHEAP)
and the T is the NEW THING with all the bells and whistles---
No offense to the question---
BUT
This is turning more and more into a Palm site????

Oh come on Stardust. That was unprovoked and unappreciated. If I kept slapping you would you repeatedly turn the other cheek thus showing a "higher level of maturity", or would you eventually "react strongly"? Be honest.
I agree!!
Also the new palms will ship with 0S 5!!

Also, Visorcentral has always been a place where all things of interest to Visor/Treo owners are discussed, which includes other manufacturer's PDA's. We just like when it's done politely.
