-- AHHH! Scratch!!! (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=15933)
What luck! On the third day with my new Clie, i open it up to find 3 small scratches. There may be a previous post on this, but:
What are some "at-home" solutions to fix scratches?
battery acid will take those scratches RIGHT off.

Get one of those lens wipes (dry) and try to buff them out.

P.S. I feel at home with geeks like you.
From previous postings, I believe the screen on the Clie' is different from that of Visor Delux and believe it's maybe more like the Prism's.
Anyway, olive oil worked great on my Vdx. I haven't tried anything on my Prism. Someone had also mentioned the paste used on lucite display cases??
Do you think the Clie's screen is MORE susceptible to scratching than most? What handheld did you have before.
I have to say, I never treated my Vdx gently and still had NO major scratches.
My Prism had a pen(real pen!) poke hole after 3 days. NO, I didn't do it, it was one of those random acts of violence you sometimes read about.
Please report on your Clie' screen/scratch/care experiences. I'm still anti-sony memstik, but clie-resolution jealous.
