-- What kind of websites can and cannot be viewed using a Modem Module? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=5561)
I was wondering if having a modem module would be different than using AvantGo for viewing purposes. There are many websites that are very useful and updates everyday but they use Java Script. Therefore, I was told that Java script could not be viewed on any PalmOS device if you use AvantGo. Will that be always true or will it be possible that in the near future a browser could support Java Script?
I know most people will think that PalmOs devices were not created for Internet Surfing but if there are many companies selling modems don't you think it is their responsibility to sell a product that can be used in normal situations.
If there is no solution for a free surfing Internet, I think getting a modem for your VDX is more expensive that you might be thinking and wireless browsing even worst.

Stowaway is the Visor way to go..!
I really doubt the Palm processor with its current OS could handle Javascript, though I could be wrong. We'll most likely have to wait for StrongARM.
