It appears that there are still September orders that have not shipped. It looks like Handspring could not replicate the information from the database corruption so I thought that anyone who legitimately ordered a Visor in September, but who has not received it could post the following info here:

1) e-mail address

I will consolidate the list and forward it to ddubinski et al imploring her to personally take care of these early orderers. From the e-mail list, Handspring can contact all of you and get the rest of the information they are missing.

I'm in their DB. All my info is correct. My order has been in shipping for weeks. They even say they have BVD's in stock and are shipping them. I don't know what I did to offend them.

Its very frustrating to see so many October orders received by others. CSRs allways find my order (completely correct) in the DB, but FedEx never stops at my house.

Anyone remember Tom Hanks & Shelly Long in Money Pit? The contractors always told them "two weeks" for every repair they needed. I guess the HS CSRs know that movie well, since they tell everyone just that.

The CSRs keep telling me that the info is correct. I called the real customer service in Handspring, but no one has returned my call.

Have been told for past three weeks that it will come "next week." No response to a phone call to corporate. Still hopeful!

Speak to Csr in Handspring directly (if you call early in the morning you call directly at handsprings) he found my order, but the date i have order it have been change i order september 16 and now the date is october 4, the reason seem that when the database crash and being corrupt people manually rewrite all information in the new database, so now, for the system my order his october 4
i don't know if it's the same problem for your order. if you call before 12 (easter time) you can speak with people in handspring if you call later you speak with people in Toronto Canada

I was told on Monday that my Visors would ship this week. But again, I have been told exactly that on 4 previous occasions.
p.s. A couple of Palm IIIXs are looking pretty good...
