Got my visor on the 26th. No refund of the sales tax back to my credit card yet.

Anyone else see a credit to their account yet?

My tax was credited back to my Visa the day after I called them.

I was charged for tax and cradle. I'd sent one E-mail on 10/28 and submitted a web based complaint from on 11/3/99. As of today the following entries appear on my account record so I guess I'm square with Handspring. (Reaches over and checks off "straighten out bill" on Blue VDx)
