I called friday and was told my order had went out that day. It is now Tuesday, and UPS has come and gone, with no Visor, even though I got overnight shipping. I talked to the UPS guy today, and he agreed with me that I should have gotten it today, even it if I had shipped it ground, as I am only one hub stop away from the shipping city (about 25 miles) I called handspring and they told me there was on way for them to track my package!!! 
Have you talked to your credit card company yet? I'm in the exact situation you are in. I did express shipping, which to give the benefit of the doubt, I am assuming is 2nd day air, and still haven't received it. Then I called my credit card, and found that the charge didn't go on until the 16th, Saturday. If the CSR is serious about units being charged the day they ship, then the units would have started the trip on Monday, which means that tomorrow should be receipt. At least that's what I tell myself.
Same here I'm afraid.... I've been trying to get a hold of someone to check my order -- I ordered on 9/14, no charge to card and I can't get through on the phone... Any suggestions??

According to my bank my CC has not been charged, but when I talke d to the CSR last they said that there were a fair number of units shipped out, but not charged for yet, but they "would get around to it".. <Sigh> I am on hold right now in an attempt to find out what is going on,.. if it turns out my visor has not shipped, as previously stated, I am just going to cancel my order, as this company has had entirely too many problems tracking orders (they "cant" give anyone a tracking number)
Handspring, just buy a Palm Vx like I did... it's a much better product with much less hassle... you would have blown the extra money on your girlfriend anyway... (at least that's how I rationalized my purchase...)

Hrmph. The Vx is too expensive for me right now,.. I rationalized the Visor because of the forthcoming wireless modem (yeah yeah, I know,.. nothing solid,.. so I wanted a new toy damnit) but at this point my my Palm III works just fine, I can wait till the Visor actualy has a wireless modem (and proaly at that time better customer support). <sigh>
I just got through to a CSR who said my order went out on MONDAY (Hmm,.. a change of story)
Well I shall see if I get it tomorrow 
Handspring: Sounds like Friday and Monday are interchangeable (I was told Friday or Monday). At least tomorrow will soon be today. 
Finally got through to HS this morning and good thing too! I spoke with Paul -- he was very nice and found my info almost immediately -- kudos to the CSRs that haven't been driven insane yet! Come to find out they got my info wrong when I placed the order on 9/14. The address was wrong so the cc rejected the charge, he changed my info (even read it back twice to make sure, something the first guy did not do at all) and it should be going out soon! It was actually quite a relief to get someone who -- 1. Spoke English and 2. Didn't sound irritated that I was trying to locate my order. Good luck to everyone else!
