Act! and visor

I am thinking about using Act! at my office and am wondering what issues (if any) will I encounter syncing w/my prism?

is act all that it is hyped to be?

will i get more functunality (sp?) from act! or palm desktop?

any faq's (anywhere) on this?

I use ACT! 2000 on a daily basis. I love the program. When it was owned by Symantec it had quite a few bugs, but since it was sold back to the creator the update patches have taken care of the issues I had. They also came out with a new Palm conduit that lets you map fields in your contact info to specific ones in your address book. I've never used any other contact managers except the Palm desktop, Outlook and Outlook express. Act is a great program. If you'd asked me about 6 months ago I might not have said that.
