I read in an online article or discussion board somewhere that the entire contents of back issues of the "Science Fiction and Fantasy" Magazine were available on some university library network. Can anybody tell me which one, and if it's possible from a non-American Univsersity to access this online? I'm living in Germany, but my wife is a student in a French (Strasbourg) university.
