Hello,
I've connected my Visor to the USB-Port of my keyboard (new G4 Mac/ MacOS 9.0.4). Everytime I try to hotsync the Visor, my Mac tells me to get the specific driver for the handspring handheld (although I selected "Handspring USB" under "Local Setup" of the hotsync manager (using Palm Desktop 2.6.1).

So what's the problem now?
Can anybody help me?

I dont know very much about the USB on macs. But I think even if you selected handspring USB you still need to install the driver.

Sometimes it helps to reinstall the Palm Desktop 2.6 software so everything gets put into its proper place. Also, disconnect other USB devices from the hub (if you have one) and try again. Sometimes where the USB is connected makes a difference.
