Question Visor Prism and Windows XP

Has or is anyone using the preview version of windows xp? Is it compatible? Any issues with the Visor Prism?

Thanks-

John

Haven't tried with my VDX, I would guess it would work and think I have read on the microsoft privatenews boards that it does, go ahead and try it won't hurt.

I'm running RC1 on my laptop and installed Palm Desktop 4 and am hotsynching via infared for the time being, it's slow, but does the job when I'm traveling. I am considering buying a cradle for my or USB cable for the laptop.

I would think that USB should work fine in XP. XP is built on Win 2000 technology. I have been using Win 2000 for 2 years without any problems in synching.

Windows xp has a built in emulator for windows 95,98,98SE,NT4,NT5(windows 2000) and, ME. so that all previous windows applications will work on XP. For example, Need for speed 3: hot pursuit, a windows 95/98 program will not install on windows 2000. But now it will work on windows XP because of the built in emulator. So yes your Visor software will work on windows xp, and you will be able to sync. Microsoft is thinking about adding a windows 3.1 emulator to it also. That is still just rumors though.
