Personal Massager Web "additional content"

Has anyone out there that bought the Raycom Personal Massager and registered it actually received the promised information on the extra downloads? It was my understanding (and it's printed on the print screen I made of my registration) that we were to have access to an "Owner's Section" of the website that had additional programs to download. I never recieved any confirmation of my registration nor any link to this area.
