Prism and SnapNType- Problems...

I just received my SnapNType today and although it looks very cool, it does not want to work at all. I have installed the 1.01 software, I click the enable button and then I get either of the following problems:

- When pressing a button, something other than expected happens (for example, pressing "x" gets you an "r" or hitting the off button starts the HotSync. This is the more common problem.

- Does not respond to any buttons being pressed. This is less common.

I tried a soft reset, disable all hacks, and still nothing. My girlfriend has her own and that has the same problem on my device but they both work on hers. Is there something I need to change on my device? Anyone out there seen this problem?

Thanks for any help.

I think you need to have Beam Receive turned off with the SnapNType.

Actually you do not have to have it off, but I tried this anyway... still no go... debating a hard reset but want to hear if anyone has any quick ideas.

You can always hard reset to see if it's just software. You do have your memory synced on your comp or on a back up module. I hard reset my visor alot. I always take out my minijam while in the juxebox and it just freezes, but it only takes 3 mins for me to reinstall everything from my computer.

After all that, the answer was Afterburner.... and it was verified by the SnapNType folks... oh well, I like the keyboard a lot better than Afterburner :-)
