For those of you reading this board and not the How To/Troubleshooting board, I envy you. It probably means that your VDX is working, and any problems you had with syncing have been solved. HELP US OUT.

There are several of us that have had wierd syncing problems. In my case, my VDX with USB worked great for two days, then quit communicating with my desktop. I got a new VDX (but not cradle) and it worked great for two days, then same.

It is nothing simple (gone as far as entering REGEDIT) and tech can't help me. Can you?
