I have two USB ports on the back of my computer; one of them has my cradle plugged into it, and the other one has my CD-RW. Every time I put my Platinum on the cradle and push the Hotsync button, the CD-rom begins to spin then I get the message that the connection cannot be made. If I press the hotsync button a second time it works. Whats going on? Is there a configuration error or can you only have one USB device on a computer?
