Lately i encountered fatal error message everytime i hotsync my visor the first time. After reset, the hotsync works fine. I have been using my visor for a month now and this did not happen before. Has anybody faced similar problem and what can be done to overcome this?

Are you running any Hacks or something called EVPlugBase? There have been numerous reports of EVPlugBase causing the symptoms you describe.
