I just got off teh phone with Handspring and found out that I am getting 2 additional visor deluxes that I did not order....a graphite and an ice one. They will be arriving today. Does anyone want to buy a Visor from a reliable source rather than Handspring.

Try eBay. The one at eBay is now at $290 and still 4 days to go.

Believe that when they arrive...Unless you got a tracking number and have found it in UPS's system, remember that CSR's have no contact with shipping. The entire Fremont center could have burned to the ground days ago and CS wouldn't have a clue...

Did you receive them yet? I've been on hold for a total of 5.5 hours since last night and am getting RATHER frustrated. I'm not at 15 minutes on the NON toll-free number posted on the VisorCentral website.
