James in Malaysia

Just to let everyone know, I will be on a business trip in Malaysia starting tomorrow (well, leaving tomorrow anyways). Looks like I picked the wrong time to go, with all the rampant speculation going on!

I am really excited about the trip, as I have never really been outside the U.S. except for my honeymoon. I'll be spending most of my time in Kuala Lumpur but also have a 10-hour layover in Tokyo. I plan on writing up another travel article upon my return.

Try not to get into trouble while I'm gone!

Tall Building in a Single Bound

Take an extra VDX with you and chuck it off the Petronas Towers. That'd make a neat picture for us back here at the site.

I have no idea what your schedule looks like, but if you get a chance to go down to Singapore, take it. They are both great countries to visit. I spent 4 weeks in Singapore, and only went into Malaysia for one day and not to K.L., but I think you'll find the people there (both countries) are wonderful.
