visor deluxe cases

I must be a odd-ball. I'm looking for a case for my Visor Deluxe that holds the pda on the left-hand side and has a notepad on the right-hand side.

It would also be handy if there was provision to hold a pen and extra batteries.

Additionally, I don't care for the slip-in, pouch method of holding the Visor.

Anyone have suggestions?
