Seiko Thumboard

Has anyone gotten the Seiko Thumboard to work with the Visor Prism?

Because the Seiko has a solid back, the Prism will not fit into it, physically. I suppose you could cut out an opening big enough that the Prism would fit, but I'm not sure it's worth the effort.
