Snowstorm

The terrorists have struck again. Just as we thought, the message from Osama bin Laden brought to life a sleeper cell somewhere in the midwest. Releasing a killer storm bought from ex-Soviet scientists, the cell swept east, bringing to a hault all business and pleasure activities for millions. At last report 24 people are dead.* The symbolism of it being on Presidents day will surely restrict our freedom to enjoy future holidays. Instead, we must use the government to restrict our freedoms on every other day. These are trying times people. And it just goes to show you how pervasive and deadly terrorism really is. We must help our government do whatever it takes to stop this sort of mindless destruction by cowards.




* Actually this bit is true and I send my sympathy to the families of those 24. I hope it's clear I'm not making fun of people's death.

* In a related story the US Government has decided to flush out any remaining Al Quada troops by dropping self contained entertainment units (consisting of surplus X-Boxes and 19" Color TVs pre-loaded with copies of Dead or Alive 3) into areas where the terrorists might be hiding.
