-- Getting online via Cradle (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=2157)
I was told that some people are using freeware called "Pilot Net" which let your palm recognize PC modem like its external modem, and it cradle as modem cable, I guess...
Sounds fantastic, isn't it? But the problem is, it just doesn't recognize the modem. :-(
Have anyone been successful on that with Visor? If so, how did you do that?
The possible guess I could take, is actually from what I heard somewhere: since Visor expects those data transfer (modem) via SpringBoard, you just can't use cradle port for that. Not sure if it's true...
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

For the palm, there is a program call palm redirector. It will let you connect to your pc modem from the palm cradle and also let you print from the cradle and copy to the clip board. But it will not work with the Visor because the program is looking for the serial port that the cradle is connected to. I emailed the author but I never received a reply.
