Hello,

My Visor DLX crashes when I try to hotsync it with Outlook 98 under Windows98 (4.10.2222). The screen turns gibberish and I need to reset it afterwards. My PC doesn't seem to recognize my Visor in any way. I'm using USB on my Dell Latitude LS (with no serial port). Hotsyncing works fine under WinNT4.0 with a serial cradle.

Any suggestions?
