I've done a search but didn't find this particular problems addressed. Trying to assist a coworker on a Mac - not my area of expertise.

Had previously synced to a PC w/outlook then moved to a mac and synced to the desktop. When Office 2001 was installed she started syncing w/Entourage. Didn't care for the setup and missing data so decided to switch back to Palm Desktop.

Now not all of the datebook entries will sync properly. Doesn't seem to matter whether the initial entry was made on the Visor or the Desktop. Have diddled with conduit settings to sync and overwrite. Nothing seems to work.

Any ideas on what we are missing in the way of settings or ??? to have all datebook entries show up on the visor and desktop?

This doesn't answer your question. I'm having trouble as well and this thread seems the appropriate place to post.

I received the following message this morning while synching:

Loading "eyemodule Conduit"
Conduit "eyemodule" version 1.0.3
Sync type is Fast
Error 25616 reading color record for '3/3/01 7:54:37 PM'.
Could not reopen B/W database after returning from color.
eyemodule synchronization failed


What does it mean? How can I remedy it?
