I have been trying to get the ROM from my visor for the last week without luck
I am using pose 3.0a8 and because of the USB issue I bought a serial craddle but still no working.
On the POSE i get the waiting message and the visor gives me error 774
I don't know if the operating system is the problem ( Windows 2000 pro ) or the GPS Companion module I have connected to the visor.

Any sugestions.

Check out this page http://discussion.visorcentral.com/...p;threadid=4884 for a USB ROM get method that works.. (at least for me on Win2k servER)

USe the download that Nashdj has.. http://t-o.hypermart.net/palm-debugger.zip for the debugger. (MUCH smaller dl)
