Won't do hard. warm or soft reset!!!!

My battery has been holding a charge for about a day. Tried removing 3rd party software, replaced th battery...yet it still does this. Tried to do soft, warm, cradle, and Hard resets, yet screen is completely blank until I let go of Power Button (5 minutes later) and reset....no question regarding erasing data. Any suggestions???

If you're trying to do a hard reset, how about leaving the batteries out for a few minutes when changing them (edit - assuming your Visor is one that uses AAA batteries)? Sounds like your reset button may be broken?
