Gameface is now available for sale on Handspring's web site. It is being shipped with the ugly yellow joystick.
Check it out here: http://www.handspring.com/products/...cessories.jhtml
So will everyone be getting it?

what?<br>
Game Face
My son is in Highschool and uses his Visor to read novels for English, Graphing Calc for Algabra, assignments for all classes (Four. One), but most of all to drive his teachers crazy by playing games. I think he'll find a GameFace in his stocking this year.
As for me, I play games but don't need a GameFace. Well not until I upgrade to a Prism. . .
Doesn't look like it's available for the Prism yet. It's listed under the accessories for everything BUT the Prism. I guess because of the opposing screen offset and power button changes. SO, maybe there will be a different color gameface for the Prism... just guessing of course
BTW, I will get one when the Prism one is available
$40 ?(&%^@
Not for $40....
maybe for 12.95
Now, has anybody wondered on how to efficiently use this thing? Maybe you guys can teach me how. The normal gamepads that i am used to having are those that have the directional buttons on one side and the A/B buttons on the other side(ala gameboy). unless i grow a third arm to control the joystick while my two thumbs press the left and right buttons, then i'll buy one.

I'm curious how this thing works. Do the buttons and the joystick work by just pressing on the existing buttons, or are they a separate piece that inputs through the connectors on the base of the visor?
This makes a big difference for me because I'm not interested in a cover that just presses on existing buttons. However, if it's a whole new set of buttons, then I might be interested. Thoughts?
It is just a cover for the existing unit. Therefore it will press on the units buttons.
