for now, use the 'fish'...

I made a favorite of this link, and it works great. I call it 'translate this page' and hit it once I get to a non-english site. It even fills in the blank with the URL to translate... It's very convenient..

Create a IE favorite and paste this into the URL area. It will give you a dialog, just tell it everything is fine.
