visor edge + innogear minijam problems

ok so i bought a minijam less than 3 days ago. it keeps crashing my visor!!!! so i returned it, got another one, and now it just crashes as its finishing up the transfer of the mp3. what the hell? is there some kind of weird incompatibility?

Disable all of the extra systems extensions by doing a soft reset of your visor while holding down the "up" arrow key. Sync right after you do this. If it suceeds, then something you are running on your Edge is causing the lockup. Disable any Hacks and extra system extensions and reenable them one at a time. This way, you can find out which one is causing the problem.
