Listen to this: for some reason when 'treksounds' hack is enabled, whenever I take the prism on or off the cradle, even if it's powered off, I hear very faint sounds coming from it. You almost have to hold it up to your ear to hear it well. Am I hearing things or has anyone elso noticed this ???

You're right saxmatt. I use Treksounds too and have noticed the very same faint sounds.

Another weird thing about Treksounds+Prism on cradle is that if you try to turn on the Prism in the cradle after you hear these sounds, it takes a couple of presses on the 'on' button before it will turn on properly.

I have figured out that when we put the Prism on the cradle to charge, for some reason TrekSounds goes through a double "startup" screen (hence the faint sounds). When we turn on or try to HotSync by pressing the button, the Prism will go past two shutdown screens before the Prism will turn on properly.

Weird, but not a real problem I suppose.
