I ordered my baby on the 28th and I am very sory to say that I haven't received yet. In my inmense grief I had the idea to start a log for orders in the 28th of October, so why dont you drop off a line
if you order yours on the 28 and have received it/ or not. to make it short and sweet try to include this information:

*When you ordered.
When your Visor arrived.
Where you live (city, state).
What method of shipment you used.
How you ordered (Online or Phone).
And the color of your Visor

O.K. so I ordered on the 29th of October:

When I Ordered: 10/29/99

When I Recv'd: 11/30/99

Method of Spmt: Std. UPS

Ordered: Online

Color Ordered: Black

Serial Cradle: Still B/O'd

Well, I ordered online on 10/28, and when I saw that my credit card got charged on 11/27, I anticipated receiving it at the beginning of this week. However, when I did not receive it on Tuesday (I live in Los Angeles, by the way), I finally broke down an called Handspring. The CSR told me that the item on my credit card was a hold item, not an actual charge item, and that my order will ship next week. Oy!

Frustrating, ain't it? I would not mind waiting so much if I already had a Palm to use in the meantime....

Today marks the end of our fifth week of waiting, and as we roll into week six, I'd like to quote the confirmation e-mail sent by Handspring:

"We promise to ship all orders in the exact order they were received."

Really!
