Question

How's the review?

Question

lcohen:

Does the review compare battery life between the two platforms? It would be nice to see a battery life comparison chart that uses one standard. It's not very helpful to see one side measure its duration in "hours" while the other measures in "weeks" with "normal use."

Here is what it says:

These Palm clones have a colorfull case an can accept expansion modules. The Deluxe has more memory; otherwise they're identical.
Fit easily into a pocket.
FEATURES:
Expense tracker software, expansion slot, built in mocrophone, macintosh compatibility. BBUT: Stylus felt flimsy. Requires serial adapter for Windows 95 computers. Isntruction manual on CD only.
Very Good Battery Life
Very Good Display
Very Good In Sync
Excellent Ease Of Use

They compare the palms as a "group" with the IIIe winning out due to price
They also compare PSPC's HPC's and Psions. All in all it is not at all a bad comparison. They just don't go into the technical detail that us visor heads would like!

Thumbs down

I read the article and felt that it was poorly written. they didn't even compare the pocketpc. and i think the person who had compared had no idea about pda features. i felt that they had taken information bits & pieces from a lot of other reviews.

Publication deadlines being what they are, they didn't have time to get the PocketPC on their screens, since the June issue is published in May, with a closing date in April. The pocket PC wasn't even out then.
