Can anyone help me with a problem hot-sync via USB? There is no sync when you push the button. No log files either. It is like there is no connection.
We have tried:
1)both a desktop PC and a new laptop. Both running Win98;
2)checked BIOS settings (USB enabled);
3) tried 2 different USB cradles (several people at work have visors);
4)reloaded software several times;
5) checked & rechecked setup configurations

We found it!
Someone had a new service pack for Windows98 with USB support upgrades. That did it.
