Quick Newbie Question:

How do you configure an Application to be launched on a specific Graffiti Stroke?

You can try RunWrite Hack, configuring it to run an app when you write a horizontal stroke at the top of the graffiti area followed by an assigned letter eg. A for AvantGo, B for BackUp Buddy, C for Clock and so on.
