email

i had to clean all software off my computer and when i reinstaled everything, it all works but the email. when i sync everything goes on the visor but the email. i have email+ i'm sure it is something simple but i have no idea. thanks for the help llama

E-mail

A couple of questions are in order.

1) Did you reinstall the e-mail application? And if you did, are you syncing with the correct application, i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express, etc?

2) What is the action on the "Custom" section of the Hotsync options? For some weird reason this might be set to "Do nothing."

3) Do you have any e-mails to sync? A blank Inbox yields a blank Visor Inbox.

You could always just reinstall everything again. It may be tedious but it's a solution.

Since it's under the same topic problem I'm having, I might as well write it here.

I can't sync to Eudora 5.1 on my Wintel PC. I've tried almost anything, but nothing happens. As it turns out, my Mail app is the least used on my Visor, but it could've been the most useful.

Anyone help please?

Mail is the problem for me

I can't get Mail to sync with any computers on my Prism, and I don't think it has anything to do with the desktop applications. Other devices will work just fine.

There is some corrupted setting or some application present that is blocking the sync from happening. Someone, please tell me what to delete. I have Filez but haven't found the .prc/.pdb responsible for the problem yet.
