Handmark and Memoware seem to have had a pretty decent relationship for some time since any documents you tried to download from Handmark for MobileDB went to Memoware.

Handmark seems like a pretty nice company. I like their products and customer support (on- and off-line), and I like their 'www.nearlymobile.com' website for new PDA owners- it is helpful, and remarkably free of internal advertising.

If it keeps MemoWare alive, then more power to them!
