I believe Handspring is finally getting it's act together. I ordered an 8MB Flash Module on 8 Feb with express shipping. It arrived yesterday the 10th of Feb. Additionally, I received an email from Handspring yesterday telling me my order had been shipped!

My serial cradle failed, and even though I spent almost an hour on hold, the replacement arrived in 6 days.
