Edge Parts
Does anyone know where I can get replacement parts for the edge [the screws on the side of the case and a new hinge for the cover]
I tried gethigh.com and I'd prefer not to have to send my visor to handpsring for a repair. I could buy a whole new cover but that seems wasteful as mine is fine.
Edge Parts, or lack thereof
try looking on eBay. Buy a broken edge and cannibalize it for parts. Shouldn't cost too much.

On that same note. I just need two screws. The middle one on the right edge (looking at it from the front) and the one holding the stylus cup in. Does anyone here know the sized of those so I can just buy the screw rather than buying a whole dead edge?

Well, I need the plastic parts from one...maybe we could all hook up? I'd be willing to buy a broken edge, if you guys would be willing to chip in for what you needed?
I'm on e-bay, for reference....
parts for Edge
I need 4 screws and the hinge [which is plastic] for the cover [or the cover and hinge if it's less work to dismantle] I'd be interested in chipping in.
How much do you think we could get a used edge for?
Dan
Got to be honest, no idea...there's a silver on on there now for $25.00, but even that's getting up there. Probably wouldn't need the cover...
Cover
decayNY,
I would suggest buying a new cover from Consumer Depot for $2 plus shipping.

they have great prices on all sorts of things, such as a new Visor Edge for $109!!!
I have a broken edge, myself, but I need it for parts, or else I'd give you some stuff from it :/
good luck,

Screw replacement
If you need replacement screws, just go to a place that repairs glasses/sunglasses or watches. The visor case screws are a common size is the eyeglass repair field. I found two screws at the local Wal Mart optometry department (they didn't even charge me).
