Syncing Outlook mail strange

Hi folks,

I sync my mail within outlook 2000 with my Edge. Is it normal that mails are missing and the sort is not the same as in Outlook? There seems to be no options except for the poor "by date" that I used. Has anybody experience with this strange behavior?
