I have the Visor Deluxe and at work I use Lotus Notes 4.5. I have loaded EasySynch R2.1. The initial synching worked for Addresses, To Do and Calendar. However, any changes made in either the visor or Desktop are not reflected on the other system.

I changed a meeting date by 30 minutes in Notes...no change on visor. Changed an address in Notes, no change on visor.

Help..I'm new to PDAs and this is the only issue bugging me..everything else is perfect and what I wished for in a PDA.

You must use Easysync 3.0a with a Visor. Easysync 2.1 will not work with the newer versions of Palm OS.

You should also realize that you can't sync to other PIMs like Palm Desktop if you are using EasySync.

I upgraded to version 3 (downloaded free upgrade from Lotus site) but still no good.

Get a copy of Z'Catalog or some similar program that will allow you to see the actual files on your Visor. You can get Z'Catalog from http://www.palmgear.com

Delete any Sync*DB files. Easysync uses these to figure out what it has done in the past.

Uninstall Easysync, re-install the Palm Desktop, then install Easysync 3.0a.

This should get you going.

P.S. As a previous post stated, any Easysync conduits that you install will replace the Palm Desktop conduits. For this reason, the only one I use is the Calendar conduit.
