Installer not compatible?

Every time I hotsync, my handheld tells me that my installer 3.5.3 is not compatible and to delete it. I've tried to delete it on both handheld and desktop backup, but it reinstalls every time with the same error message.

I'm using Visor Pro, Mac desktop 4.0, OS X.1.5
