How do I get rid of EasySync?

I use EasySync to synch my Visor at work with Lotus Notes. Unfortunately, EasySync makes it impossible to synch at home with the Palm Desktop or to save my data with the Handspring backup module. All I get is blank fields and random symbols.

Now I am leaving my job, and if I don't figure out a way to get it synched with either the Palm desktop or my backup module, I'll lose all my data next time my Visor crashes (which we know it will). I can't seem to remove EasySync from my Visor OR PC -- it doesn't even show up as a program. Someone told me there's some software I can buy to get rid of EasySync. Anyone know what that is? Anyone have any other ideas? My last day is Aug. 24 -- I need advice fast!
