I just opened my Visor and realized that I cracked my screen some time since this morning. No idea how.

Is there any way to replace the glass screen, or have I just made a $250 mistake?

Any help would be appreciated.

Contact Handspring... they should replace the unit free of charge. They're being very generous with their screen replacement policy as of now... sometime in the future they're going to start charging $75.00 for it.

I just called them and (contrary to my earlier HS customer service experiences) it was a pleasure. They're sending me a new unit ASAP.

I think I'll invest in a harder case.
