I just happened to find my old sega gamegear case. It holds my Visor, my stowaway and my MD player perfectly. plus there is an area on the back that was made to hold the game cartridges, but will hold two springboards. there is also the pouch on the front for my MD's AC adaptor, headphones and my hotsync cable (and batteries I suppose). And it even comes with a shoulder strap.
