New Mini-Keyboard with scroll wheel
Hello,
Please check out my new mini-keyboard for Visors. It features a scroll wheel, app shortcuts, and qwerty layout. We're working on a version that will have built in 802.11!

Thanks!

Looks interesting... wanna send me one for review?

hmm - intresting. I like the idea of the scroll wheel, that's a KILLER idea...
It looks Mark already called it for review - not like I don't have enough to do already
What's the Orange buttun for?

Seems pretty cool. The scroll wheel sets it apart from the flurry of other similar mini-keyboards that have come out recently. Will it be available in retail? If so, when?
Also, I know it's cool to say that 802.11b capabilities are being worked on, but is that just ad-speak or is it actually doable in that form factor? Do you have any idea what the price will be for these capabilities? Hopefully, it'll be under the Xircom WiFi module price range.

But the Springboard slot will stay unobstructed, so you can have oversized modules, correct? please?
Also, will their be a verison availble for da Prism?
Last of all, I know red LED's are dirt cheap, but blue ones look so much cooler. Any chance of that happening?

We're expeciting it available in August. The scroll wheel is a nice feature.
The 802.11 wil be in a slightly different form factor, a sled concept. Just picture a sled with a wraparound keyboard. The price of version 2 will be around $149-$189.
Looks great!
I got a Cisco/Access Point 802.11, and would certainly be interested in your V2 keyboard! The Xircom unit is nice, but the price is ludicrous!
When is version 2 with 802.11 support going to be available?
Congratulations!
I've been reluctant to buy a keyboard for my VDX, but this is definitely going to be the one - especially if you add either (or both!) the CF and 802.11b - what a dream!
QUESTION
Is the user expected to touch-type on this, or does s/he use two thumbs to type?

When can I order the wireless???
If they can get 802.11b working in a modest form factor I'd order a dozen. I actually would for my IS division. Let us put the barcode scanners or memplugs in and sync over the network or close out our trouble tickets from the site of the problem......Now if they could provide a port to hook up a GPS to as well or get the CF so I could store maps and use with my magellan, hey!
I'm pretty sure you'd have to thumb type on this or any of the competing keyboards using the same concept. It's not bad - I do the same thing on my RIM, it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Correct, the springboard will stay available. We'll be making versions for all handhelds.

Looks very cool. If I have the money when the VDX version is released, I would buy it. Good luck.
