Exporting Address Book

Hi,
I have all my addresses in the visor and I want to export them into Microsoft Word .
I want to mail a personalized flyer to all my friends , automatically insert the respective names in the greeting and print the address labels as well.I think this is called a mail merger.
Any ideas on how to do that?
I understand I have to have some kind of conduit software for that.
