Mirror image showing on display

My Visor Edge is showing a mirror image of everything on its display, including the boot-up screen. To add insult to inury, it also refuses to calibrate and leaves me clicking back and forth in a futile attempt to get past the calibration screen.

I've soft reset, hard reset and nothing has changed. Any ideas?

Ok, I was able to get past the calibration. It seems that because of the mirrored image, I was clicking in the opposite corner that the Prism was expecting me to, hence the continual recalibration.

However, I'm still looking at a mirror image of what should be displayed on the screen.

Still looking for suggestions as well.
