I tried to visit handspring.com this morning to get their customer service phone number and I can't get anything from their site.

What's up?

Loaded fine at 10.38 am EST

It has been loading off and on for me too. A lot of the images are not appearing.

Maybe they're overwhelmed with new interest resulting from their new availability through brick and mortar retailers.

I was on the phone with CS this morning and the rep said the computers were extremelt slow. Then...the computers went down altogether. That was around 9:45 this morning. So I would guess that their site was down.

Maybe Handspring is getting more traffic than they can handle. I wonder of going retail would have anything to do with?
