WinXP/Outlook XP - first it worked then it didn't! HELP?!
Well, I followed the instructions here to get Win XP and Outlook XP set up for hotsyncing - worked beautifaully the first time.... Then it stopped. I first noticed a problem with my Contacts folder in OutlookXP. It was there, and I could view the contacts. But when I clicked on New Message, then clicked on To: to bring up my contacts, I got an error message:
The address list could not be displayed. Yadda yadda yadda...
So I try to sync again to just overwrite Outlook to see if that helps. And now this pops up in my Hotsync Log:
-- Outlook Calendar
User: J. Sean McKay
Version: 3.0.2 (Build: 20010112)
ERROR: 00001013
Error connecting to Outlook.
685: BaseConduit
ERROR: 00001013
Root folder open failed.
12883: BaseConduit
ERROR: 00001013
Open failed on folder: \Personal Folders\Calendar
Could not open the item. Try again.
12296: BaseConduit
12270: BaseConduit
Outlook Calendar synchronization failed
------------------------------
So what the heck happened? Does anyone know what these errors mean and how I can fix them?
HELP?!?!
