-- Stupid Visor tricks... (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=1491)
Check this out...a friend of mine showed me this on his palm...works on my visor too. First go to General Preferences screen and draw a circle in the lower right corner above the silkscreen calculator (may have to do this a couple of times) and an easter egg will appear. With the easter egg showing, go to the Apps screen, hold the down hardware button and draw a horizontal line from right to left across the graffiti area. A car will go running across the screen. I don't know why this does this but it works on everybody's palm/visor that I've tried.

My favorite is #28...
Enjoy!

That website is pretty cool, but I'd have to say that the winning easter egg is the Palm VII Open URL (#23). If you have a Palm VII, this lets you browse any web site at all even if it doesn't have a web clipping! There's a program that does it already, called DPWeb, but in order for it to do bookmarks and cookies you have to pay some large amount of money. The easter-egg one does both of those and it's free and doesnt take up any space either. If you have a VII I really reccomend it.

Fixitgal, thanks for the link ... I just thought the egg & car were really neat and I had never heard about them before. I'm a sucker for those little "look what my Visor can do" things and most of the people where I work that have them think they're just fancy dayrunners. I can always count on you guys here at VC for the fun stuff ...

I tried it and it didnt work. What do you mean by: "With the easter egg showing, go to the Apps screen, hold the down hardware button and draw a horizontal line from right to left across the graffiti area"?
What's a 'hardware button'?

Glad to see ya'll enjoyed the site...It was sent to me by a friend who knows I'm a geek and would get a kick out of it.
MJ- The "hardware buttons" refer to the actual buttons (The four app buttons and the up & down) along the lower edge of the Visor. The "software buttons" are those on the Graffiti area (since they're not actual mechanical buttons, they must be "soft" right?)
So push the down button and draw the line at the same time. Did you get the Easter egg to show first?

Got the egg to pop up, then went to the Apps screen, held down the arrow button while drawing a horizontal line from right to left and...nothing happened :-(
Now I am even more curious!!

I tried it again just to make sure, so here goes...
Press and hold the down button and draw the line in the Graffiti area from the numbers side all the way across the screen to the left. The car should putt across the screen (the same little car shown on the top of the pdalife site.)
Let me know if this helps

I had to draw the line from left to right. I started in the number Graffiti area and ended near the menu silk screen button.
All while holding the "Down" button.

If you went from left to right, starting in the number area, you'd end up either on the Calculator or Find silkscreen icons.
