Ok, this is what happened. I had my Visor syncing up to my Win98 PC just fine. THen, I got it to sync up under Linux. So, I trashed my Windows installation. After awhile, the Linux stopped syncing up. So, after a new installation of Windows onto a computer, my Visor is not syncing up with the computer. Any ideas?

BTW, I am using USB.

If you have verified that the USB is working with other devices and your hotsync stuff is ok, then I would try a "soft" reset on the visor.
